Following that, customer service reached out to discuss the challenges around short staffing and limited resources. I truly appreciate Milan taking the time to listen, and I hope to see positive changes moving forward. I also want to emphasize that I have no complaints about the current staff. They are kind, accommodating, and genuinely care about their clients. However, it is clear they could really benefit from additional support.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Milan in Springdale. My results with laser hair removal have been amazing and have had no problem with any irritation. One thing I appreciate is the 2-year payment plan with no interest, which made the treatments much more manageable and accessible. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They’ve taken the time to get to know me and always remember who I am when I come in. That might sound like a small thing, but it makes a big difference in a setting that can otherwise feel clinical or awkward. Very Skeptical at first as I would never think of spending money pampering myself. Let alone feeling comfortable in the setting that you have to be in to get what I get done. That said. This in an all star team and one of the best investments I could have ever made. From the booking and the workrflows with Kristen to the treatment that you are getting in the back from Melissa or Jess. This place is it for hari removal. Please don't spend your elsewhere. It is worth it to be with the best. Super comfortable. Super chill. Best at their jobs hands down. Thanks Springdale Team.
