This flooring company is garbage. They have subpar installation practices and they use subs in place of union employees even though they claim to be a union company. I wouldn’t hire this company if they paid me. They’ve been running from union officials on this matter for years. The management is a bunch of high school buddies who couldn’t lay a floor to save their lives and their sales team is a joke. Hire literally anyone else in the Cincinnati area. My family has over 100 years experience combined and I promise you that you’ll be sorry if you hire this company.
