From the sales rep to the installation…5⭐️ across the board. First estimate given. Very reasonable timeline for installation and the 2/3 installers were outstanding. Polite. Courteous. Professional. Would refer them to anyone with an HVAC need…
This was a great experience from the beginning to the end , with our salesperson David O. to the installation team led by Kevin. We had a new electric Trane furnace, air conditioner and heat pump installed. David O. went above and beyond to answer all my questions promptly by text, email and phone calls...and I had lots of questions. Kevin and his installation team let me know when they were arriving. They were polite and courteous at all times. They protected the carpeting when taking out the oil furnace and installing the new one.
I would highly recommend Watkins Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs.
David came out to our house to quote us a new system from Watkins on a friday. He made it super simple and straight forward about our options and what he recommended. We made our decision and by the following thursday they came and installed the new setup over 2 days. So far the new system has been great and the whole process was super easy between communication with David and communication with the installer. We live in a world where stuff isnt cheap by any means anymore but overall was a pretty good price for the quality of the product and the work done to install it.
Definitely would work with Watkins and David again in the future if we ever need it!
