Michael contacted us to let us know when he would be here. Then when he was on his way, he contacted us again to give us an update on his ETA.
He arrived at the last time he said he would. Very professional, introduced himself and confirmed why he was here.
I showed him around and stayed nearby in case he needed anything. He proceeded to what he came to do. When he finished he gave us a thorough report and made a couple of recommendations for our system. He put everything back the way he found it when he got. Appeared to be knowledgeable and very professional.

Ben and his team did a very professional job on my oil furnace/ac install. Watkins has really been there for me in some emergency situations, showing how much they value a customer.
Michael from Watkins was very friendly, informed us of each step he was taking to determine the issue with the central air system, and gave an estimate prior to completing the repair. He quickly found the problem and complained the repair.
