1212 E Stroop Rd, Kettering“The knowledge of the intructors is very in depth and they have lots of experience to share with students.
The classes are engaging and well paced, and the facility is well maintained and clean, which a lot of martial arts schools tend to have trouble with in my experience.
They also have training for anyone interested in competition, as the instructors have many years of competing under their belt :)
Highly recommend for any interested in starting their martial arts journey or looking to continue training.“

The TTF Team is very cool and understanding.I feel like ever since I got into TTF, my well-being has improved a LOT. If you're thinking of getting into Taekwondo, or even just feeling healthier physically, TTF is the place for you!“

2050 S Alex Rd, Dayton“I had an opportunity to train No-Gi jiu jitsu at SG Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in March 2024. It was a great experience with friendly people. The owner, Sean, was very accommodating and helpful; I had emailed the club info address a week in advance to set things up. Sean responded within a few hours and I was able to make a plan to visit the early Wednesday morning workout. Signing in was quick and easy. Sean was very friendly along with all the students. They were all very easy to work with during the training. The skills training was challenging but taught in a technical way that was easy to grasp. I’d highly recommend SG BJJ to anyone who’s into BJJ or looking to get into it!“

485 Miamisburg Centerville Rd, Centerville“I'm VERY happy with the work Paul and his team do at ULMA in Centerville! He and his team have done an amazing job tailoring their work to the kiddos- learning/using the kids names, being consistently warm and engaging and demonstrating a lot of the leadership values that they teach the kids. Classes are great, they include plenty of instruction, but also some games, time to get to know the kids, as well as a lesson tied to leadership, etc. I am very impressed with Paul and his crew and glad that we signed up!“

912 E Franklin St, Centerville“Sensei Brown is FANTASTIC with our 3 kids (9, 11, 13). His interaction with all of the kids is incredible to see. The kids respect him and love coming to Martial Arts 3-4 time per week. He gives great feedback for improvement and gives incredible energy to their success. They know they have EARNED their success when they test.
We LOVE having our kids at Brown Institute and will continue to have them here for the foreseeable future.“

960 Meadows Manor, Dayton“I've been training at Gi Yu Dojo for years, and it's been an incredible journey for me and my family. Both my sons started here as kids, grew into strong, disciplined young men under the guidance of the amazing instructors. The atmosphere is welcoming yet challenging, the techniques are traditional and effective, and the sense of community is unmatched. Hands down the best martial arts school we've ever been part of – highly recommend to anyone serious about training!“
