Had the need for furnace repair.Called Horton, and they were very responsive. Steve did some diagnostic work and had the furnace up and running in no time. He explained what the issue was. He also took the time to address some of my other concerns regarding our furnace function and explain some other things that affect proper furnace operation.Reasonable rates and great service!
