I called mid day on a Saturday and was able to get service first thing Monday morning. He was transparent on pricing and explained issues with our furnace and AC unit. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all. They were both professional and polite while working efficiently. Definitely recommend if you need furnace or AC work.

I had Steve from Horton Heating out to replace a thermostat, clean my A/C unit, and inspect my furnace. The entire experience was excellent.
He showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he found. The A/C cleaning was thorough, the thermostat replacement was quick and done right, and he gave me peace of mind knowing my furnace checked out good.
It's hard to find honest contractors these days, but Steve is the real deal. Fair pricing, quality work, and great customer service. I'll definitely be calling Horton Heating again for any future HVAC needs.
