I had Steve from Horton Heating out to replace a thermostat, clean my A/C unit, and inspect my furnace. The entire experience was excellent.
He showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he found. The A/C cleaning was thorough, the thermostat replacement was quick and done right, and he gave me peace of mind knowing my furnace checked out good.
It's hard to find honest contractors these days, but Steve is the real deal. Fair pricing, quality work, and great customer service. I'll definitely be calling Horton Heating again for any future HVAC needs.

Needed a new HVAC unit, called Horton Heating mid April and it's installed already and new unit looks and works perfectly. Fair and honest price & quality workmanship! Unit was installed exactly as I requested. I will definitely use them AGAIN ☆☆☆☆☆
When my house was barely getting any heat and the temperatures were dropping fast, I called Horton’s Heating, and I'm so glad I did. He came out the very same day (which was a huge relief) and showed up ready to get to work. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient.
He thoroughly inspected my furnace, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was 100% good to go before he left. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for same-day service, with no surprises—just honest, quality work.
