They were super nice and helpful. They took time with me and allowed me to decide how fast I wanted to do things. They met all needs possible. I would say they even went above and beyond to help me through my difficult time. Even after the fact when everything was done they have continued to contact me and make sure I’m still doing ok with my grieving process. They have also offered me grieving resources if I need them at anytime. I would like to thank you all for helping me through this difficult time.

Our family was very satisfied with the South Webster location of D.W. Swick when my mother recently passed away. Mr Swick was very accommodating and helped guide us with what we needed to do. Everyone was professional and I felt that everyone was sensitive to our wants and needs at that very difficult time.

I recommend this funeral home to anyone. The compassion, understanding, and caring I received during the most difficult time in my life was amazing. They helped me through every step, helped me understand things clearly, and also made a very bad situation of transferring from a different funeral home feel smooth. I'm thankful I listened to a few others whom I had ask about their preference and I highly, highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dee and staff for helping a very disoriented little lady feel like a priority during this time.
