Today was the first time I had ever been to UHSHC, and you always hope the doctors and staff are friendly, help, attentive etc. I never experienced anything like I did here. As soon as I walk in the door and ask for directions the women/nurses/doctors in the lobby were super friendly and helpful. The receptionist was super friendly, the nurses, the nurses that took my blood, and especially Dr. Nadia Monsour. They were all incredibly nice and helpful; almost like you were their only patient. I've never felt more taken care of than I did here at this location.
First visit today, only waited about 5 minutes, new Dr spent over an hour with me, answering all my questions, and gave to paperwork for upcoming tests. Felt safe, sanitizer everywhere even wiping pens down!
