Everyone at the Cleveland Euclid location was really patient and enjoyable to work with, was mainly working with the manager she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped me on the floor with finding the best glasses. Really great place over there with awesome employees.
I had my regular annual eye exam scheduled. In the week before that, I started having some other health issues that included vision changes. Dr. Rais and the team were able to switch to a medical appointment and get the images needed to indicate I need to go to the ER. I was obviously anxious and scared and Dr. Rais was so calm, gentle, and helpful. I truly, truly appreciate him and the entire team for their care and compassion.
