I’m In Transitions is hosting a wonderful winter holiday gift and clothing giveaway for families in Cleveland. Free toys, coats, clothes for all ages. It will be such an amazing day and experience for everyone. Such a blessing to the community, truly making a difference. IIT is spreading hope and providing real holiday help to families in need. I’m In Transitions has been a huge success and blessing in my journey towards Christ providing and helping me every step of the way. I have not ever experienced this kind of love from any other recovery program.
Without Ms. Jen and Mr. Jason, there would be no I'm In Transition and I'm forever grateful for the program that they dedicated their lives to, to help save my life. They took me in, never gave up on me and provided me a safe place to recover from my addictions. Being a faith based program, I was able to learn about God and build a relationship with Him and grow spiritually. I have been able to build a foundation where the support is unlimited, a place where I can stay connected and people I can call family. There is no other program like I'm In Transition. They show unconditional love and will go to any length to make sure your needs for recovery are met.
This program saved my Life . They gave my son’s Their mom Back . IIT Allowed me to concentrate On getting better and provided housing and transportation for me that took a big burden off my back so I could concentrate on myself. They put Hope in my hopeless they gave me strength when I was weak I don’t know why I’d be without IIT .. Thank you from the Bottom of my Heart ❤️
