Been client for 20 years. Absolutely finest veterinarian care anywhere. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and vets take time to explain everything. They truly have the very best care in mind for pets. It's not about a lot of un-needed tests or running up bills it's about doing the best for you pet and trying to keep reasonable pricing . Hats off to all the veterinarians and staff at Mastersons. We recently experienced Dr. Shaw's large animal services via Masterson Veterinary Clinic on emergency. She was attentive, quick to arrive, and compassionate with her care. We were impressed with her knowledge and compassion. Note that this clinic is in Somerset, Ohio.

This clinic is truly dedicated to health of your pets. They took the time to educate us despite being an appointment they had to "fit in" because they were booked all day. They provided diet changes suggestions, the reasons why, and a list of several nearby resources. They also provided an education on all the vaccinations they reccomended and why they reccomended them. I had thought that because our older dog had been vaccinated, no more were needed.
