Received excellent service today from P.K. Wadsworth install team leader Dave Reynolds, and his install technicians Clarence, and Dante. They all arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day to install a full Trane HVAC system. They were very professional, highly skilled, and extremely diligent about wearing shoe covers, laying down pads/covers to protect flooring and keeping a very neat and clean worksite. The installation job was top-notch and completed on time. I would highly recommend Dave’s team and P.K. Wadsworth as a preferred supplier and service provider of HVAC equipment! I wanted a second opinion about my central air conditioning unit, which had been described to me as old, and needing to be replaced. So Malcolm explained to me that that diagnosis was correct, but he took the time and explained what the product that I had was, that it was a good product for its day, and that they still make a good product. And, they make it a good price. It was just about half of what the competition was talking about. I was very pleased.
