“Gwen has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire mortgage process! We had a very tight timeline — we found a house we loved but didn’t even have a preapproval yet. Gwen went above and beyond, providing us with a preapproval letter within hours, even after normal working hours.

During the loan process, we ran into some issues transferring funds between banks, but Gwen guided us through everything professionally and was always available. She handled every unexpected request with ease.

Our closing timeline was less than three weeks, yet Gwen carefully reviewed every document and made sure everything stayed on track. Without her, we definitely wouldn’t have closed on time and might have lost our earnest money.

Her background in title work was also a huge plus — she explained what to expect on closing day and what documents we’d receive afterward. Gwen is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly one of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with. I can’t imagine anyone more qualified or dedicated! Highly recommend!”
