Gwen and the team at Verity went above and beyond to get my wife and I into the right loan for us. We had what turned out to be a long drawn out closing process due to some issues with the seller of our new home. Gwen was patient and worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly on our end. I "hope" we don't need a mortgage company again for a very long time, but I would certainly use Verity if needed and I can not recommend them strongly enough.
Gwen is great. She is really thoughtful and care for my loan application. We all know how stressful it could be for loan application for first time home buyers. But Gwen really did a good job and secured a decent rate for me.
