Mark's Home inspection was thorough. He informed me of any major or minor detail that need to be fixed: Appliances, windows, hot water tank, washer machine and dryer, furnace, roof , uneven driveway, walk ways, holes that need to be patched, check for leaks, crawl spaces and so much more. Also, provided photos, the inspection report and a list of services for any kind of help you need in your home. I would highly recommend Mark's Home Inspection Services.
Craig provides exceptional service as a home inspector. His knowledge of all related systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and general construction is of great benefit to the customer. I contacted Craig and within a few days he met me at the subject home and conducted the full inspection. He arrived with all the tools, ladders, equipment, and proper attire (with over a foot of snow on the ground and single-digit temps, he walked the home's exterior, then changed footwear when he entered the home) to be efficient and productive.
