Absolutely outstanding experience. So glad I came across Craig while researching home inspectors and decided to give him a call. From start to finish, he was professional, incredibly thorough, and clearly passionate about his work. Craig takes the time to explain every detail, patiently answers any and all questions, and genuinely wants you to feel informed and confident about your home. It's rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but truly cares about the people they’re helping. Hands down one of the best in the business—I can’t recommend Craig highly enough.
Craig is my go to home inspector for many years. He has all the qualities you want in a professional inspector and then some. He is honest and thorough. He knows how to present the issues to buyer's without sensationalizing them. I can't say enough good things about him!
Craig performed a house and radon inspection for me and was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. At the end he also walked us through the results and insisted that if we have any questions after he left that we could reach out (which we did). It's clear that he cared about our experience and wanted us to be as informed as possible moving forward with our house purchase. Whenever we decide to move again we'll definitely be using his services.
