Craig performed a house and radon inspection for me and was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. At the end he also walked us through the results and insisted that if we have any questions after he left that we could reach out (which we did). It's clear that he cared about our experience and wanted us to be as informed as possible moving forward with our house purchase. Whenever we decide to move again we'll definitely be using his services.

Craig was fantastic to work with, he is thorough and truly cares about the quality of his work. He gives detailed reports with photos and helped explain any questions we had about his findings. I have used him for two home inspections and would highly recommend him to anyone

Craig was punctual (in fact he messaged us that he would be a few minutes early), professional and efficient (he got right to our basement and took numerous moisture measurements and supporting photographs). We had only asked him to inspect our basement but he spent extra time outside inspecting grading and gutters. His complete report was in my email within a couple hours.
