Coming from a warm climate and a house with no basement I really appreciated the time and patience on the part of Jack to acquaint us with the special requirements of keeping a basement dry and the house snug in winter. He walked us through the various systems of the house while thoroughly inspecting the house and giving us the benefit of his experience in the field. We would definitely use him again.

Jack does more than inspect your home - he educates you about it. As a first time House Buyer, this was insanely valuable to me.
