This is my review regarding my direct experience with the business.
While the front desk service is excellent and everyone is nice, the massage service didn’t address my focus request. I have poor circulation into my feet, which I accentuated upon booking, arriving, a special request with the front desk, and a special request with the staff member providing the service. I wanted the massage focus to help circulation reach my feet by focusing on the area below the knees.
I even added the extra foot treatment for extra 20$, which was advertised as extra time as extra attention to my feet, pedicure-style. It was maybe 3 minutes extra and finally hot towels.
My feet turned into ice during the whole process due to elevated positioning (elevated positioning is good if you wrap them in fluffy hot towels during the process) and weren’t attended to as a focus as I requested. I left with feet colder than I came in.
I am very sad about the experience. The shoulder & arm & back massage part was good but it wasn’t what I asked for to be the focus.

I didn't have the best experience only reason I'm giving 2 is because Taylor front desk staff was phenomenal in making me feel comfortable. However I believe the guy who did my massage was tired as he did state he was tired and it showed unfortunately I didn’t experience relaxation. Now I want to be clear I have back issues and so it turned into a medical massage, but then because things was not clear nor explained to me better I thought since I had the membership I didn't have to pay my first time I was told something completely different. I would say just make sure for first timers that they really understand that you will be paying the first time you come and also be able to explain how the billing works properly. That would be a much help unfortunately this gave me a really bad experience with massage massages however I’m not gonna give up because I know there are some great places out here.

At Hand and Stone Solon, Dyammon does an excellent job on my facials. She is very friendly , great deal of patience, gentle, thorough and very knowledgeable when it comes down to the skin. Dyammon gave me a treatment for my acne and my skin has been glowing and soft ever since.

I had low expectations and I was BLOWN away by the impeccable customer service… today’s world is terrible at it… BUT from the bright smiling face of Trent who helped me fill out my profile, who greeted me with a warm neck pillow to the super informed Diammon who gave me my anti-aging facial I was pampered. The owner Theresa tended to my weird quirks and I left rested and renewed—- can’t wait to return… reasonable prices but ABOVE excellent service

Hand & Stone in solon gave me one of the best massages. My therapist ,Baittary was fantastic. She asked about my problem areas, nailed the pressure for right shoulder, and made the whole session feel custom and unrushed, the front desk was friendly, rooms clean and warm and booking was easy, highly recommend hand & stone solon and especially Berittany for deep tissue work.

My husband and I have never had massages, he scheduled couple massages for us. Upon entering we were offered warm neck wraps and a choice of coconut water or hot cranberry and elderberry cinnamon clove drink. We chose the hot drink, it was fabulous. The room was warm and clean the masseuses were very professional and explained everything. They ensured comfort throughout the whole session. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone in Solon, and I was very pleased! Emma at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and I loved the warm neck wrap and hot elderberry cranberry cinnamon water she gave me while I waited. Such a lovely way to start relaxing! Maia my esthetician was wonderful, she paid close attention to my skin and treated all my concerns and her massage was amazing! My skin is clear, hydrated and glowing! So happy I came in to try it! I will definitely be back!
