I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire Centerwell Home Health care team for taking great care of our grandmother. She lived in Florida for over 50 years before moving to Ohio to be closer to family. We knew the transition to her ALF in Ohio would not be easy, so it was important to us to find a reputable HH company in the area to help her with that transition and to keep her moving and grooving at 97 while also managing her medical needs. The team has been fantastic! Our nurse Isobel made my mother's transition to home far less stressful. She really managed my mom's care so well, getting her health stabilized. Had we not had her and this service, we would have been back in the ER; the ER was not what my mother wanted. On a personal note, Isobel was warm, kind and patient. She always took the extra effort to communicate clearly with my mom who was adjusting to new hearing aides. My experience with this entire CenterWell Team was wonderful❤️. My team helped me tremendously in getting physically and mentally stronger. They were with me 100%+. All of my nurses, PT, OT…every one, was right on point, in assisting me, as I climbed this tumultuous mountain. Thank you, thank you, thank you❤️. Myra Carter
