Quick, friendly service!! I lost my car key fob and didn't' want to pay the dealer's CRAZY prices to replace it, and Bakers was recommended to me by many locals. I put in an order for a new fob ($50.00 deposit since my make/model was not in stock) and crossed my fingers that I wouldn't lose the one remaining one I had while I waited. Not only did I manage to NOT lose the one fob I had left, I (of course...) found the missing one soon after the order was placed... Well, I had a choice-- let the $50.00 non-refundable deposit float off into the sunset, or go ahead and bite the bullet and get the $285.00 (-$50.00 deposit) fob anyway, to have as a second spare. Debated for a minute or twelve and decided to go ahead and still get the extra fob. SUPER quick, friendly service, and the new spare works like a charm! Great local option, in a good, convenient spot downtown, they're really VERY efficient at what they do. Told me 1/2 hr. and they were done in 15-20 minutes. WISH they had later walk-in hours than 4:30 on weekdays, but they do have emergency 24-7 service from their other locations. I'd use them again should the need arise (hopefully NOT!!) and definitely recommend their services here in Springfield (and the other areas they serve...).
What a relief to find a locksmith that wasn't a scammer like every other one when you look up "locksmith near me". I came here from a referral from Xenia Glass & Lock. The man who scheduled me was nice and answered all questions. Tyler showed up, got the job done, took payment, and was on his way. Couldn't have been better! Thank you so much!
