I ordered my product online and was met with great customer service throughout the whole process. My product was delivered within the timeframe outlined up front we did have a slight hiccup with the painting but Jeff Crabtree called us immediately and made it right and had a person at our home the very next week making everything 100%! That is exceeding the customer experience by overcoming unforeseen obstacles and making it right in a timely fashion. We will purchase from them again, thank you!
