“A Wonderful Find After Moving!

We recently moved to Ohio from another state and needed to find a new groomer for our two dogs, George and Kona. This was actually our first time having Jay groom them, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Finding someone we could trust with our dogs was very important to us, and we feel so fortunate to have found Jay at Paws and Spa Salon in North Ridgeville. Jay did an absolutely amazing job with both George and Kona. They looked beautiful, clean, and so well cared for when we picked them up.

It’s obvious that Jay takes pride in the work and genuinely cares about the dogs being groomed. Since this was our first visit, we were especially impressed with how comfortable and happy George and Kona were afterward.

Moving to a new state can be challenging, especially when it comes to finding people you can trust with your pets. We are so happy we found Jay and Paws and Spa Salon!

“I don’t need a lavish set up to wash my pooch! This is a no frills pet wash and I come to this place often with my Doberman who is very suspicious of EVERYONE and EVERYTHING! It’s not very busy in the area, so nothing to “freak” her out. We get in and out quickly and stress free. I bring my own puppy pack with me that has soap, towels, nail clippers, etc in there. The only things I wish this place would think about providing is a rubber apron to keep me dry, and a small chain that would connect to the back of the tub so I can keep my dog from jumping off the table while I’m trying to wash her. Other than that that, this place has everything needed to get the job done!“
