Jim didn’t try to up sell me, he throughly explained the R.O.I for the choice of equipment offered, features and benefits of the offered equipment and the reworking of plenum and why. I’m pained by the fact you don’t offer 0% financing for 60 months forced me to go elsewhere unfortunately with my business.

I woke up on the morning of February 19th with no heat. I called JD Indoor Comfort and they were able to send out a tech to take a look the same day. The tech, Luis N., took his time and methodically was able to diagnose the problem as a broken plastic piece in the back of the on/off switch, causing the wire to come loose and not make a proper connection. Luis replaced the switch and I was back up and running within the hour. THIS is the type of honest, competent service that, unfortunately is rarely experienced these days. Thanks Luis and JD Indoor Comfort for saving the day.
