What a positive experience! My daughter and I were so excited to visit after seeing this place in the plaza. The employees’ recommendations didn’t disappoint. We were given a quick tour of the store and educated on ingredients- how to use raw food - We also got the lowdown on some of the local food they carry as well as budget friendly options to replace the Costco stuff we have been using: the pups approve! We can tell this place is serious about their passion for animals and shines through in their customer service.

I get my cat groomed regularly at Earthwise Pet and have had nothing but fantastic service and clear communication from them. I was told on my first visit that they don't Kennel the animals after they're done so it is imperative that I pick her up right away, which makes sense because who would want to leave a cat in a cage for hours anyways ? the manager Jayme and the owner Felipe are both kind, caring, understanding and reasonable individuals. If you want a store with employees and groomers who actually care about your fur babies, this is the store for you!

Earthwise Pet has wonderful, educated and informative staff. I use the self wash often, and opt for grooming when a hair cut is needed. They do an amazing job every single time, they are quick so I never have to go far while I wait for them to be done, I receive a text and head straight up there. Warning though, they do not board after they're done so make sure and account for needing to go pick up your baby RIGHT AWAY so you don't get charged a late fee. They offer awesome walk in nail trims, which has come in clutch over and over again. I would HIGHLY recommend Earthwise Pet to anyone who wants to give their fur baby a spa day.
