You could definitely see from being in there that they liked their job and were happy to help. However, some patients have experienced long wait times, causing inconvenience and disrupting their schedules. Despite this, the employees are noted for their kindness and helpfulness. In summary, TriHealth Occupational Medicine is a facility with skilled professionals, accommodating for patients with disabilities, and showing great customer service, but with areas for improvement in reducing wait times.
My experience with the TriHealth Physical Therapy team in Sharonville, Ohio was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The atmosphere was always welcoming, uplifting, and supportive, making every visit something I genuinely looked forward to. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with kindness, positivity, and a team that truly cares about your recovery and well-being.

My son, he has disabilities and works in the community. He saw Dr Danielle for his back, she was Great with him, so nice and understanding.
He also went to Physical therapy there - Zac (all of the therapist working in PT) was Awesome and helped my son to learn the correct way of picking up and sitting down boxes, Etc.... they was just wonderful with Nathan. Zac, the other PT staff and the Doctors and staff was just a Blessing. We both appreciate them all.
I had The best experience here with Zach , Beth, and Kim! I came in with a back injury from work and they got my back together! They gave me tools to make sure that I am healthy! 10/10 highly recommend
