I have always gotten great service when coming here. All the people have been polite, respectful and nice. I always have gotten the care I needed and the full explanation of what was wrong. The provider has always answered all my questions when asked. I will continue coming here for care.
Walked in, was helped immediately, the receptionist was friendly, kind and helpful. The Dr was so good!!!! Talked to me like a real person and asked lots of pertinent questions and just overall a very kind hearted, knowledgeable and personable.
First time ever at this urgent care and it was a great experience. The staff was kind and helpful and the dr that was there today...she was amazing! So kind and sweet, made me feel so comfortable there and not just another patient walking in. She made you feel important. I also like when a Dr can have small talk with you and she did just that. The service here was fast as well which was so nice. Great place, great experience. I would definitely recommend this place.
