First time at this urgent care and the doctor was lovely she helped me so much with an abscess... She was very direct and on point about the concern of my care....

Very ghetto and not helpful. Went in for a UTI test, which came back positive and was supposed to be put on an antibiotic day of because my symptoms were excruciating, but instead they made me wait for lab results before prescribing me something (which can take days) I even asked to be put on an antibiotic day of while there which they said they could, but as soon as I left they called me saying I would have to wait till the next day. When I went into my pharmacy the next day, the pharmacist said that there were no antibiotics/meds for me there. After calling urgent care back telling them my issue they said I would have to wait till the end of the day for lab results to be put on anything. The day went by and my prescription was never received or ready. NEVER have I had to wait to be put on an antibiotic for something like this. Actually crazy considering UTI’s can spread to your kidney if not treated.

I have always gotten great service when coming here. All the people have been polite, respectful and nice. I always have gotten the care I needed and the full explanation of what was wrong. The provider has always answered all my questions when asked. I will continue coming here for care.

Show up at 4 at a place that's open till 8 and get told the doctor left at 3. 2nd time going to this one and can't be helped. Other time was supposedly no xrays available. Place is useless.

Walked in, was helped immediately, the receptionist was friendly, kind and helpful. The Dr was so good!!!! Talked to me like a real person and asked lots of pertinent questions and just overall a very kind hearted, knowledgeable and personable.

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that their doctors will only write a note for three days, god forbid you get sick for longer than that especially with everything going around, I personally think it is to try to make people have to come back and give them more money, I will not use these clinics anymore. This is a new rule because I have gotten notes for longer in the past, trihealth clinics and I are done!!
