On 4-2-2025 my doctors office told me I should get the c-pap machine within a week. Due the incompetence of St Elizabeth physicians and Apria I received it on 6-24-2025. It is supposed to work with an app called myair. The myair app doesn’t work and you cannot call ResMed to get technical help. I’m starting to get the impression that I would be better off with sleep apnea and no machine
My CSR was fantastic. He took the time to expain things in great detail and made sure I was comfortable with the equimment how to use and care for it. I was very pleased with the service.
Service was awesome. I needed repair or replacement of my inogen 5 due to columns needing replacement, and I was leaving for vacation on Friday, so they made sure I had a replacement on Thursday. They were quick with service solution, kind, helpful, and accommodating. Couldn't ask for better service.
