From the moment I walked in, they had the kind of energy that makes you forget you’re at an orthodontist appointment (and not exactly there for fun 😭). Super friendly, quick with everything, and somehow still cracking jokes and keeping it light.
They handled everything smoothly, answered my questions without making me feel lost, and had me in and out like pros. Honestly, if every front desk was like this, people would look forward to appointments.
Give them a raise and a snack or something—they earned it 💯
Dr. Dworkin and Maha, did excellent, and fast work. There customer service, and communication were great. We are satisfied, and confident that this will be a great experience moving forward!
Dr. Kates and Maha were phenomenal with my 9 year old daughter today. It was her first visit to apply braces and she came in super nervous, but they explained every step and were patient and gentle with her. She’s very happy and comfortable with coming back!
