I called 3 companies and Rich was definitely the most responsive to my call. I am selling the house and with my realtor we noticed white on the floor joists in the basement. Had an air test done and sure enough we had mold. 2 of the companies basically quoted for remediation done the same way. The other company was doing it another way. Rich's qoute was in the middle and because he was very detailed during our 1st meeting. He gave me the confidence he was the right company to choose. Rich and his team did not let me down.
