I went to my first yoga class today and it was so amazing! Jamie and Val were so nice and welcoming ! The space had plenty of yoga equipment including mats, blocks, and blankets. I had a wonderful time the class was so relaxing and inviting! I look forward to attending future classes(:

I so enjoy my Yoga classes at True Nature Wellness. All levels of experience are welcome in their classes. I have bad knees and am able to adjust my practice at times to help my knees. Instructors offer suggestions to help with my needed adjustments to a practice. I appreciate that so much. I highly recommend True Nature Wellness to improve your health, flexibility and strength.

I love teaching at True Nature Wellness. The studio has great vibes & is beautiful.We are well equipped with any yoga props needed. We also have some for sell.Every instructor strives to meet the needs of their students!
