Julie the optician at Sandusky store is amazing.. she help me and my son pick out glasses. She is very friendly person. Very knowledgeable and helpful.. she is definitely a keeper at Sandusky store.. nicest person I have felt with at Svs vision.. I look forward to working with her again for glasses..

I should have gone here years ago. The digital vision is pretty cool. Also. The ladies there are very nice and helpful. I have glasses that are bifocals from like 8 years ago. The frames I love and are like Brand new. These came from a competitor and are discontinued. I was never really comfortable wearing them cause the bifocal was not rite and they could never get them adjusted correctly. SVS was able to have lenses made for me for these frames and also did a fabulous job aligning the bifocals in the lens. She gave me estimated time of 2 weeks. Which I was fine with. But they were done in a week. I will be returning for my contacts in the early spring for... read full review

I have been going to svs for about 10 years, my recent visit was the best I've ever had there. The new system they have and a virtual doctor was amazing! Very detailed and seems more accurate then previous visits, the doctor explained ever detail of the testing and my results. As I go to pick out glasses, and safety glasses, Jennifer was there to help me. She is 100% has the best customer service, she helped me pick out and help me decide on frames very patient and never rushed me. It's very rare you have someone like her. Thank you for a great visit
