It's too bad that NOMS dermatology is the only game in town. Have been to 2 different doctors at this facility. There's a reason why this establishment has a rating of only a 3. Both doctors were dismissive and I've been told by 2 of my friends who also go there, that they've been treated the same way. We are all seniors and it just feels to us as though that because we ARE seniors, we are treated as though we don't deserve their time, whisking us out before we get to ask all of our questions. Like I said, we were dismissed. I guess they figure we won't be living that much longer, so what's the point?
My phone is currently experiencing poor service, and often times people hear nothing from my line. When i called to ask if they accepted my insurance, they dismissed me as a prank caller within 10 seconds because of my technical issues. I already am seen within the noms system for my pcp and urgent care, so a response like this is entirely unacceptable.
I have psoriasis and I've been with NOMS for a couple of years. Every year when my prescription Runs Out I find out when I'm trying to refill my prescription. NOMS never let's me know. Then I have to contact them to get an appointment which generally takes a month then I have to go get the blood work and TB test and then it can take up to 2 months to get the prescription filled. This time same thing but when I tried to get an appointment they informed me they no longer except my insurance so I had to find another dermatologist. So it's been three months since my last dose and the psoriasis has come back big time and it'll be at least another 2 months till I get a my prescription. That's no way to run a business and not the way to treat their patience. They should start the process of getting the new prescription before the other one runs out so their patients don't miss a dose
