2nd chances...ok, so the doc apologized to my bf for giving Roadie back that way after seeing my YELP review. He said the staff never should have left her leave this way. Ok, I'm a forgiving person, so I didn't change vets. Yesterday Roadie had a scheduled teeth cleaning and also needed her anal glands expressed. I was very happy with the results of her teeth but very unimpressed with the tech that brought her to me. Roadie was still sedated and groggy but awake enough to know who I was. She handed her to me and I noticed her terrible smell. I asked the tech why she smelled so terrible? She said "she must need a bath". Lol! She didn't smell like that when I dropped her off, I promise you! So she flipped her hand as if to say that doesn't matter and changed the subject. Fine, I guess I'm giving her a bath when I get home. The tech handed me "oral cleansing gel" and when I questioned on how to use it, she told me to read the bottle. Lol! She said she wasn't exactly sure how to use it. Isn't this her job? Ugh. I am just not able to continue using this vet, even though it's more a "tech" issue.

Very disappointed with this 'clinic'. I do not recommend anyone to bring their animals here. I took my dog in for a simple nail clipping and left with one nail clipped and my dog traumatized. The girls do not have any idea how to restrain dogs. After their failed attempt, they suggested I walk my dog on concrete to wear down the nails. This place is a total joke.
