First off let me say how smart and awesome to send the customer a text including the technician’s name and picture so you know who is safe to let into your home!! So thankful for Randy and his friendly customer service and knowledge! He let me ask a lot of questions as a first time homeowner and even taught me how and when to change my furnace filter. After a very cold morning waking up to my furnace not working, he was the saving grace to make the day better and give me peace of mind. I also recommend the annual maintenance plan. Thank you Randy!!
