Our air conditioning went out. We chose Gilbert because they were recommended by a neighbor who also recommended Blake the technician. When we called to set up an appointment we asked for Blake. He came when he said he would. He was polite and knowledgeable. He explained very clearly what the issue was and how he fixed the issue. I highly recommend Gilbert and will use them for any future air conditioning and heating needs.
This company does high quality work, and their customer service cannot be beat! They’ve been working on our heating and cooling systems for the past 10 years, and they treat us like family every time. They’ve maintained and replaced both our furnace and AC unit, and they are flexible and supportive every step of the way— payment plans, convenient scheduling, and a genuinely friendly attitude from everyone at the company. I appreciate them so much and would highly recommend them!
Our AC stopped working in the middle of the heatwave & on the weekend! I called Gilbert and they were at our house within two hours. Randy was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and got our home cooled down in no time. Recommend to anyone!
