I went to a for a threading of a brow so I can look good for a vacationand the lady was rude and she complelety took off all my hair on one my eyebrows leaving it very thin and the other brow thick. When I brought it up to her attention at the end and she couldn't careless. She was just like "Thank you Bye" Will never come back her again.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Lady who did my eyebrows was so rude and unprofessional. Messed up my eyebrows, she over threaded. When I confronted her, she laughed it off. Please rethink your employees because the Chinese lady there was anything but professional. :)

I walked in, signed the booked and the lady said “sit”! I was a little confused so I wanted to make sure the price was confirmed as I didn’t see a list of prices at all. I was told the threading was $15 and to “sit”. She told me to lean back and immediately started threading. At no point did she attempt to ask what kind of brow shape I wanted and I at no in time did I tell her ??‍♀️ She eyeballed the threading and they are completely uneven! I had let them grow out to come here and it looks like I’m growing them out again!Service: Eyebrow threading
