I purchased glasses in Jan. 2023, by September the temple piece had broken off twice, using super glue to keep them usable. I went to the Salem store and was helped by Kristin Mack. Fortunately, the warranty was still in place, but the frames had been discontinued. She was extremely helpful with the process of replacing them. Her customer service was wonderful.

After being told at my eye doctor and 2 others that I needed an appointment just to browse the selection of glasses for possible purchase (I already had an exam, I had a prescription in my hand) I decided to check out the Walmart selection. They had many frames. Then I was approached by Linda Burkey. An optician working there, and possibly the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met. She helped me with my insurance and with my selection of frames. I really can’t say anything bad about her, she was wonderful so I recommend this place highly!! Pretty frames and very reasonably price!! Give them a try. You won’t regret it. Again Linda Burkey is the best!!

I will never go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and smiles all the time, they are all super helpful and the eye Dr. Is amazing! Best prices and selection of glasses hands down as well!
