Upon initial meeting Mr. Burtnett seemed very professional. We even received a Thank you card in the mail after the job estimate. We were very close to finishing this house and getting it on the market, which we made him well aware. He said he was two weeks out. That was ok. In two weeks we would be absolutely ready. Well, two weeks passed and we couldn't get ahold of him. He did leave a message saying he was at a wedding... Ok. More weeks have passed and no work accomplished. We only get their answering machine. We are very sorry we put a deposit down. We are filing a claim in court to get that money back.
