“I absolutely love this place !! I have been tanning here for about 3 months now and within the first month I went from absolutely white as a ghost to a glowing beautiful tan .The beds are really nice even in the lower level packages, they have great pricing and also a lot of times they have deals on their lotions as well. I would like to make a comment about one of the staff members there, her name is Michelle. Anytime I've ever had questions or needed help with anything she is by far the most helpful and educated on the tanning experience, AND She is always smiling and friendly!! I just wanted to take the time to give her a shout out for always being so helpful this girl deserves a raise!!!“

“Love this place! I went to the spray tan bar to get my spray tan for my wedding this summer and loved it so much I just went back to get sprayed for my Florida Christmas vacation. The lady who works there is the sweetest!! I enjoy talking to her every each time I've been sprayed and she is very personable and makes you feel comfortable getting sprayed. She tailored the tan to my needs and was very attentive.“

“I never have a bad experience with any of the staff at the Monroe Street location. My particular visit on Sunday, July 9. I had the pleasure of Olivia helping my sister and I. She always is very sweet, very fast, and obviously works with the customers to make sure their visit is perfect every time. I’ve seen her handle other customers when I am there and she treats them the same way she treats me And I believe that is very rare, especially in this day and age of terrible customer service. “I LOVE this place, been going for years to the one in Maumee, and I love the new services offered, the red light, Cocoon, and massage table. The ONLY thing I don’t like is that there is only one computer for them to check us in on. They get so busy, and they’re so knowledgeable and customer service oriented, that it takes so long to get in while they’re helping another customer purchase a package or lotion. If they had two people checking us in, they may not be so incredibly busy all the time. I mean, I know that we may have to wait for the actual service, but not to be checked in.
