“My first trip was frustrating due to pricing not the spray experience itself but I phoned and instead of PB location my call was routed to the Maumee location where I spoke with Matt. Matt was incredibly helpful and heard my frustrations, answered my questions and helped me navigate back to the Perrysburg location.
My second visit was great and I spoke with manager who said the girl over the weekend was new and it was her first day working solo. I completely understand and we all have to start somewhere and we learn from our mistakes not our successes.
Great customer service from the manager and loved the spray experience. I'm glad I purchased the package at Tanlines.”
