I needed an appointment and my doctor's office was full. They made a guest appointment for me at the Medical Center. Once I found out where I needed to go, everyone was so nice and helpful!

My primary doctor is at a different office. I was offered an appointment in Rootstown. I took it and I couldn't believe the great experience. Front staff was so friendly and efficient. The tech that checked me first was personable and thorough. When the doctor came in he was professional, caring and answered any questions. I had them send my prescription to their attached pharmacy . Seriously, from walking in the door to heading home with medication, less than 40 minutes! Pleasantly surprised to get a message from doctor this morning to check on me and give me test results. GREAT experience all around!

Dr. Hubbard has been taking care of me and my family for over 25 years. A blessing to be under her care for that long of period. She has been through our family’s joys and sorrows — and we are truly thankful for her.
