“I was looking for an escape from the taint of the very unpleasant dealings with the contacts at H&R Block, specifically 2 that represented they were part of the H&R Block legal team (????) and a local Westlake office manager that refuses to inform and runs from a resolution. I have serious questions as to their tax and legal acumen!I saw this service tax provider and it appears to have precisely the professionalism and quality service credentials that H&R IMO lacks. I was very impressed to see the services they offer and the chance to deal with a quality organization. It is a relief to deal once again with what looks to be a quality firm.
