This review is only for their notary services, not taxes or other finances. My almost 80-yo mother went there twice recently to have a document notarized, and she said they did that for free and were very nice. Now we need a financial POA and so I called to ask about that. The receptionist or office manager confirmed there's no charge to notarize a pre-printed document. I then asked if they have the right POA form already and she transferred me to Matt (I think that was his name), who is an elder law attorney there. Brookside Financial has handled all of my financial accounting needs for almost 20 years (when they were a 1 man organization with Chris Ansalmo).They are efficient, fast, courteous, and reasonable .Every thing you could expect.
