I went in last week, was a great experience, I enjoyed the space, the environment and my stylist (Victoria) was great. She listened to everything I asked and she was very gentle and sweet. I will definitely be making another appointment there!

Manager was nice enough, but I was in the chair for a total of 6 min for a literal trim around my ears and they charged me $26. Total rip off.

I have been coming here for years. They must have changed managers or something. The last two visit just didnt meet any of my expectations. And the change is staffing is not a good thing. This is my last visit to this location. And will be looking for a new place to get a more consistent and what I ask for haircut.

Ive been to this location four times, two of them were good. I know curly hair is a little tougher to cut but this last time was really bad. I dont think this girl really knew what she was doing. I have to trim my whole head from large missed portions. I would have rather been told to come back another time when someone who knew what they were doing was there.
