Both of my sons have taken karate classes here, and we have been with Horizon ATA since 2018. Brad Clemens and Chad Coley are professional, great instructors, and make class and learning fun! The facility is clean. My boys have learned skills useful for class and outside of class. They have grown up to be respectful, responsible, and are in great shape! We are thankful for our years being with Horizon ATA.
We’ve had an incredible experience with this martial arts program. With four kids—ages 14, 11, 10, and 4—we’ve seen firsthand how well the instructors connect with students at every age and skill level.
What stands out most is how supportive and encouraging everyone is. The instructors take the time to build each child’s confidence while still challenging them to improve. They celebrate progress, teach respect and discipline, and create an environment where every student feels welcome and capable.

My son has adhd and anxiety and this has been one of the best activities for him. The instructors are patient and provide an environment where he feels safe to be himself while being challenged to grow socially in a group setting. If you are looking for an activity where all kids are valued abd encouraged to grow and be their best, this is that activity!
