I cannot say enough positive things about NOSD and Mike! This was an absolutely wonderful experience. Mike was extremely communicative, punctual, informative, and easy to work with. He came out quickly, got the job done seamlessly, and walked me through the entire set up to make sure I understood and make sure I didn't have any questions. I will be thrilled to have NOSD for any plumbing needs in the future. We're so glad to have found a reliable plumbing professional AND be able to support a small business.
This is my second time using North Ohio Sewer & Drain. First time was a sewer line backup and today for a slow bathroom drain problem. Everything was handled quickly from scheduling the appointment all the way to the completion of the work Mike is very thorough and always provides upfront pricing with no surprises.
