Yes, I’m connected to the owner, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that their workers are polite, professional, and always on time. I dealt with two gentleman! The head honcho Michael Blount is the man! His coworker, Corey, was amazing too! Man I gotta say they had to come back a second day due to needing a part they didn't have but when I say Michael's communication skills were on point, I'm telling you, yes He is sharp! As usual, I reached out to Mike and his team with short notice in regards to A/C repair. Mike arrived next day as promised. In a downpour, Mike charged the unit, changed out a faulty capacitor, and trouble shooted unit to find a 3-amp blown fuse. Again, all of this was accomplished in the rain, after hours, with no extra fees. Additionally, he walked me through what to look for if unit stops running again before calling for service. How many crews will do that? I’ll answer; none!!! I highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues, or general purpose electric issues, one may have. They do it all at a reasonable price with phenomenal service!!!!!
