BreAnna traveled over two hours to my residence with a less than 24 hour notice to take a look at my AC unit. When she arrived, she immediately started with diagnosing the issue. She asked what we noticed and after explaining, took a look at the unit. She provided insight to what type of AC/heat pump unit we had, and went into our cellar to look at the furnace. After looking at the furnace, she noticed an issue that if not caught, could’ve been a very costly repair. She was able to remedy the issue and did a great job explaining what the issue was, what to look out for in the future, and how to mitigate the problem.

First, let me say I am a resident of Amanda, Ohio. I called this hvac business not knowing they were located in Cincinnati, Ohio. I spoke with Breanna and told her that the line from my heat pump line coming into the furnace had ice one it. She advised that it could be one of two things and then told me she would be at my residents in two hours.
Still not realizing where she was coming from. I said thank you. When she arrived, she went start to work checking every part of my furnace and heat pump.
