Delicate chain (40+ years) needed repair. Work completed. Chain broke in different section. Returned and they repaired it. Chain broke 3rd time but in original area. They did not hesitate to assist. I appreciate their services.
I have been going to Sands for years when I've needed repairs or sizing done and they have always done a fantastic job. Just recently I came in wanting a custom piece with only a vision, a couple of pictures of ideas to merge and some inherited stones and pieces that I wanted repurposed. I worked with Erica and not only was she a total professional and a pleasure to work with all around, but she brought my vision to life! My double butterfly pendant is stunning and so much more than I had hoped for.
