I wanted small knotless and paid a deposit . Mercy told me it would be 260-285 for the braids . Once I got there another lady told me it would be $300 and up. Not once has anyone told me a set price ! All I wanted to know a set price . Instead I keep getting price ranges . I wanted to KNOW A SET PRICE before she started my hair . She couldn’t do that . So I left. They need a SET price list so things can be ran more professionally. The lady Sony had a bad attitude as if she didn’t even wanna do my hair . J

This is Kimberly Callahan and I recommend MERCY AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING! My two sons and I have been going to Mercy's hair braiding for years now and we have loved the results. They do a great job at braiding all of our hair and have prices that are better than anyone else in the area. I regularly receive compliments for how beautiful my braids are! Mercy and her family are great at doing all sorts of hairstyles and braiding. They are wonderful people too. They are also always available to doing business.

Mercy and her employees are fantastic at braiding hair. My mother , brother and I have been coming to MERCY AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING for a couple of years now and we are always satisfied with the work they do. They are also very friendly and work very diligently. My hair has grown soo much since getting my hair done at Mercy's hair salon. I recommend going to Mercy AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING , especially because the prices are great !!!

Horrible one of the worst braiding salons in Cleveland none of the stylist know what they are doing. I don’t recommend this shop for ANYTHING. And all I got was simple cornrows to the back very sloppy and unclean parts. SMH

I went to Mercy, hair braiding, just didnot have a good experienced, they cannot give you a quote on how much your hair will be. I kept asking, finally she said what I wanted was $185, and then tried to charge me $200, after she left me sitting over a hour to go pick up her kid, after she had started on my hair. I didnot liked how my parts look, so far apart. Everyone that came in asking for quote for hairstyle they tell them to just come, they would not give a price and they don’t tell you they only take cash. I will never go back there. And Mercy the owner was not there. Then it was me and another customer and they switched to due our hair we did not understand what was going on. NEVER AGAIN
